I bought a Pureit Marvella RO from Reliance store in Kochi few months back. The first week itself the problem started and it was leaking. Then onwards a series of problem started like the problem of water not tasting good, water leaking, display not working properly which keeps popping up now and then.
Now I have resigned to the fact that it was a terrible mistake to have bought this so called well researched product! On top of that whenever you complain they dot turn up to rectify the problem. Last 2 times they came after 5 days, whereas the Reliance executive told me that service will be done in 24 hours. Now I understand that he actually said they can never make it in 24 hours.
The latest complaint I have done on 14th Feb and since the last two days, the call centre guys tell me that they have put me on priority. Hahahaa now I have learned that Priority for them is not even 48 hours as they had promised me that someone will surely come in from AIM their Service agency today but none of their tech guys have come in.
Just wanted to throw this and get some Kent or something, as no one can be worse than Pureit with all these stats.
