1) White CoLour Drill Guiding Wall Sticking Strip Containing in Box Was Broken-Leads To Missdrill The Hole On Wall Causing Internal Pipe Leakage.
2) BLue Colour Locking Pins That Need To Attach Outside On Primary Sediment Plus Carbon Filter Were Absent And Few Are Absent Inside Components And Joints-Later On Placed By Service Person Externally IN His Second Visit.
3) Brand Logo Was Different than The Popular Pureit Product-Observed By Me On Amazon, Flipkart. Also Different Than the Product That Was Placed In ReLiance Digital Store YavatmaL.
4) Observed ObjectionabLe Hole In Bottom Side Of Filter Covered Inside By Tape Above Inside Of Which Coastly Electronic Circuit Located.
5) No Warranty Or Do Not Remove SeaL-Absent On Top Screw [Observed On Previous Pureit Genuine Products-Copper PLus And Eco Plus Copper ModeL]
Two Days After Installation-
1) Water Starts Leaking From Bottom Of Filter-No Change In Taste.
After Having Complete Observation I Had Registered CompLaint In Resq-App On 14/08/2022.
Service Person From Pureit Visited After 3 DaYS.
Work Done By Service Person-
1) Leakage Was FroM Connection Joint BeLOW Post Carbon Filter He Had Attach A BLue Lock Pins/CLips WhereEver Not Present/Absent.
2) Leakage From Centrifugal Counter-He Tighten The Screw And Attach A Tie CabLe There. It Was Interesting To Know About This Fact That This Part Was LabLed On Back With QA TEsted/Ok Tested Remark. Still, It Was Having Leakage.
3) I also Observed That Except for the Booster Pump And PLastic Body There Was Not Branding Name OF Pureit Or HindustaN UniLever On FiLtering Components Like NO Brand Name On the Antiscalent Filter Not On RO Membrane Housing Not On UV Chamber Not On FLow Restrictor Not On Post Carbon Filter Not On MicroFilter Not On Copper Coil.
After The Visit Review-3-Days Later
1) Change In Taste Of Water-It Is Not Testing Like Mineral Water Or Copper Water.
Again We Call Service Person To Measure The TDS Of Filtered Water-
1) Input Water TDS 520 Output Water TDS-89 Overall 85% Reduction In TDS Where As Company CLaims Minimum 90% TDS Reduction And As I Also CLeared THat LOW TDS Doesn't Mean Sweet Taste. It is A Wrong Concept. Not Only TDS But Various Factors Are ResponsibLe For maintaining Improving or Enhancing the Taste Of Water.
2) No Tank Empty-Red Light indication-ObserVed.
3) Signature Feature Of HUL Pureit Copper PLus ECO-Copper Water Can Only Be TakeN/Drawn From Copper Dispensing Output When And Only When There Is Continuous Flow Of Water From the InLet Tap Otherwise System WouLd Not Dispense Copper Water.
