Worst and irresponsible bank. Review on Punjab National Bank

I had taken a loan from Punjab National Bank.That is the biggest nightmare I ever faced in my entire life.Because of their horrible service, I thought of preclosure.So they called me to the bank.I sat there for 4 hours and finally they told me to come another day since their procedure is not yet over.I already took leave and now without any prior notice they told me to come another day So I asked them to give the phone number for further communication which too they denied. Again I took leave and did the preclosure.Now they told me that they can't give the documents on that day itself and for that I have to come another day.Today after a lot of follow ups and that too it is very very difficult to contact them since they won't pick up the phone even if I call them.Today again I took leave and went there to collect my documents.Now they are telling me courier service is holiday and so I have to come another day.Who is going to pay for my petrol ? Who is going to compensate for my leave?

Horrible service.Worst customer service and they don't have any coordination with the bank manager.So try to avoid this bank for your mental health since their tortouring is at its peak.
