Hey what's up guys, today I am gonna share my experience with Punjab national bank.
I visited this bank some weeks before and after all I got nothing from them, I mean they couldn't sort out my problem, let me tell you what exactly happened.
I wanted to open a bank account in PNB with all the facilities unlocked like, ATM card, net banking and etc.
When I filled the account opening form with all the details filled , I submitted it in the bank and selected the facilities that I mentioned above.
They told me to pay 1000 rupees including ATM card charges and bank account opening fees .
I paid all the amounts successfully and they told me to wait just a couple of days and we will provide you your bank account.
I waited for almost 1 week and then visited the bank, they files me that we are sorry but your account is opened but the facilities you want ( ATM card, mobilebanking) are not absolve right now.
Please wait for some months and then we will call you when the facilities are Availble.
Their customer service is just pathetic.
But, till now I didn't got that call from bank.
