I am a saving account holder of PNB. I HAD OPENED MY ACCOUNT WHEN I WAS IN 12TH STANDARD. At that time, private bank services were quite low, were left with only option, PNB which was the most nearest bank to my home.
Four months before, I applied for a PPF account in PNB Bank, Ahmedpur branch, Haridwar.
I filled up a form and follow all the procedures and requested for the same. Till date, they have not opened my PPF account. I called them, followed them up, but no results so far. Staff of this branch is comprised of newly appointed females, I don’t know what they understand of themselves. They don’t know anything, and they are so proud, seriously, want to lodge complain against them.
Before that, I requested for the internet banking PIN, it’s been 2 years, I have not received the same. Services and staff are so pathetic; I don’t know what I should do to get my PPF account open.
Pissed off from its staff!
