I have bank account in 4 different banks and two credit cards.But Punjab National Bank has different experience.
There are certain areas Punjab National bank should work. In almost all areas I have interacted, I am not happy with.
The customer care people take too long to respond and I bet the answer are always standard. that is please visit the branch for further help.
The Internet banking is an evidentlydisaster. It will not work, after evening, weekends, goverment holidays. It will open on horoscope. I know I had to pay interest for my delayed payment due to problem in internet banking.
I have also mailed them regarding all inconvenience that happens due to net banking. But that is of no use.
