I am continuously in touch with you regarding the goods delivery status on a daily basis, even a day twice. 12 days have gone but the goods did not receive yet. And also the vendor is not supporting me. Every time he disconnects my phone if picked up the talk too loudly/has a bad attitude. I have all payments done as necessary.
But still, I don't have any confirmed days for delivery. I am going to be tense. Actually, my family stayed outside of relatives, too many days were gone. I am still confused.
I check with you which vendor types you registered on your site and permitted the same. The company name is "THE PROFESSIONAL PACKERS & MOVERS", GST number is 06IVDPS8391Lxxxx.
I have booked in advance to 20 April with token money 4000/- via phone pe "981735xxxx" Vendor. The vendor's mobile number is 98173 7xxxx/98173 5xxxx.
Initially, he had sent me a rough quotation of 18000/-, attached to the pdf. He told me this was the final estimated price. if any items increase then let you know and we will decide before 3 days. I have sent him the item list via WhatsApp.
When I confirmed with him the day of 10 May to pick up the goods, he said not to worry and everything will be perfectly packed and delivered on 13 May. His van came for pickup, his van came too late, which is 10 May at 3 o'clock. During the loading, the items increased as per calculation. As you know, household goods increased. Accordingly, increased the amount of the goods and he sent me a price multiple of 7 times from the previous amount. I called him regarding the price. It's too high, then he told me that sir your goods are too much so that price will increase. In the bill, He added the unwanted charges. By the way, I have bargained with him for 48000/-. Also, send me a revised amount of 48000/-. I paid all payments of 39000/- on the same day and the rest amount of 9000/- was paid by Monday, 15 May. However, the vendor changed the delivery dates and every day told me the wrong dates for delivery. He failed two times in your commitment for delivery dates.
Also, my goods were not properly packed and kept in the van. It's too congested in the van and there's no space to title it down. I have called the vendor(Kuldeep/Arvind) regarding the delivery, he talks to me rudely and does not cooperate with me. The vendor(Kuldeep/Arvind), also does not answer my phone and if we attend the call then he said that we will call you later.
I just ask you, if you don't have any goods then what can you do. we are staying with relatives from 11th May to till date. still, delivery dates are not confirmed. If called to the vendor then demand firauti like if you want early delivery then make a payment of 13000/- more then we will be delivered on the same date and not then wait we will be delivered accordingly. Still, the vendor had changed the dates two times and failed in their own commitment.
Please don't go with this company.
I had the delivery date committed, on 13th May I received it on 26th. All the items are damaged and missing. The driver did not have any of my details. And my stuff has come in sharing and was kept as it was. In which a lot of stuff has been damaged and is also missing. No one was there to unload what I had to do. In which I have spent Rs.2500/-. Kuldeep had said that the truck would have the company's logo, and it would be delivered on time. I had given all the money on time. Despite that, my goods have not arrived on time.
I think this type of company should be banned. License should be cancelled. I want my compensation.
