One of most laid back, unprofessional and unreliable printing services with unrealistic timelines. They push a patient and polite customer to the point that they lose it. Had tried twice thinking one bad experience was a one off incident but realised that’s their work culture - “take full payment but do a horrible job” or deliver much beyond the event date and only after you keep following up with them at every step.
It’s a very painful and stressful experience to rely on them. Please always check for alternatives before you waste your precious time, peace and money on them.
We tried their visiting card service once - one hour was 5 hours with a very bad output in terms of design and cutting it out neat ( they were not ready to show a sample before printing it all). But ensure they take full payment without a bit of regret.
Their Photobook service was worse. The product was ready only Way beyond the timeline. They promised and only after following up atleast twice a day. No sense of regret or seriousness on the purpose for which customers come to them. Their designs are poor, their staffs lack any sense of editing or creating/choosing right templates. Their website is not user friendly too.
All the effort to write this review is to ensure no one else goes through this when you are in need of a printing service. The entire experience is painful.
