No customer support. All they care about the money. Once they get it, they forget it. Never buy stuff from these frauds. Numerous emails have gone waste as no one cares to reply.
Their customer service ion one word is Pathetic. Next time you buy, buy from some other printing website. These people are only here to rob you!
