Where do I start? It's going to be long as I will cover all the aspects involved in this. Read it carefully and decide.
All Positive reviews either are from hospital staff or they don't know what medical care is.
1. Cheater in terms of Revenue
Never ever give bills/invoice for any of the charges they charge you. starting from Rs 500 Investigation fee. Can't blame them, our great Indian public is like that. I asked for bills, they make faces and send me 2 floors above to collect it as they don't have swiping machine working nor printer anything near the cash collecting center. They always oppose card payment with some reasons, always CASH.
2. Understaffed and always hiring nurses/assistants that are visibly under-trained, low knowledge and unskilled at basic work. They are just interns or don't know what who can't even speak if you ask them anything forget about medication or diagnosis or any rituals. Terribly underpaid as well, hence the shabby workforce.
3. Doctor. Well, all the reviews below mention what she is and what she does. one word. PATHETIC. She has issues in her life, that's for sure as that reflects in her vocabulary, attitude, management of the home cum hospital. You care for your child and wife, never come here. Runaway ASAP. Go to someone who is a DOCTOR by heart, not by degrees hanging on walls. I can go on and on, but let's summarize it:
I asked her a question about the report for my wife, Her answer: Are you a Bio-life science student, you won't understand if I say.
She needs to realize, answering parents questions is her duty, not social service.
I guess She has problems in her life(personal, physical, psychological, social, emotional). Don't get those in your life and your newborn.
To earn more money, she has modus operandi. She will do everything. She will do rounds in the hospital, she will be part of the surgery, she will do OPD and she will do diagnosis.
In the middle of OPD, she will run around floors to check labor rooms, she will do surgeries and whatnot. Outside the hospital, there is a huge board with panel doctors as if there are 10-15 doctors visiting the hospital, but she is running it all alone with sorry to say but undereducated, understaffed and lower grade 10+2 passed students working as nurses or attendants. one look and one talk with them you will know what I am talking about. They can't even speak English or Hindi except for Telugu, so that's clear that she has hired them in a bunch from rural areas, paying them peanuts and getting the job done.
4. She is notoriously famous for getting operation done especially MALE CHILD. C-Section is what she does by giving some damn reasons. I have seen a pattern there, and yes, unfortunately, I had my baby delivered there, u cal it bad luck or something but I am sad I did it here.
95% of the baby boys delivered there were through Cesarean delivery
Never in our 6 months visit, she spoke about the wellbeing, steps to do, exercises, or how to get natural birth or anything close to that topic. On the day of delivery when my wife wasn't getting pains, Read her answer:
" I will write in on papers, it's up to your wish, do whatever you please" Take here elsewhere if you want to, I will mention it on papers"
Read that line. That's how cold-blooded she is. All she wants is get a C section done, make bills and move on. SICK and TWISTED to the core.
5. To say they have an appointment system. There is no Queue, no management, anyone can come and go inside without queue management. Every second day you will see people fighting about the queue. its like Sulabh Toilet, wait we have better management in Sulabh Complex.
6. The bills they provide is handwritten on a piece of paper. Evading Taxes by giving non-existent bills with handwritten items. Imagine handwritten bills for 60K bill. That's pure illegal and malpractice in broad daylight.
Think of all the wrong practices in a Maternity Hospital, Everything is happening here.
I am not cribbing about the Money, which is also a big issue for people who can't pay so much but all the wrong things you get faced and pre and post-delivery trauma.
Delivering a baby is a once a lifetime experience and this place makes it a headache. Wrongdoings, fake service, overcharging, No bills, understaffed with no knowledge or experience, one-man show pathetic hospital management and the list goes on.
