PSIT. Review on Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur

Hello people. Today I'm going to tell about the college Pranveer Singh Institute of technology, which is also known as PSIT affiliated to AKTU. There are total three colleges running in this institue . PSIT, PSIT-COE and PSIT-CHE. Courses offered by PSIT is B.Tech( CS, EC, EE, ME, IT), M.B.A., B.Pharma. PSIT-COE offeres the course B.Tech( CS, EC, EE, ME, IT, CE), M.B.A. PSIT- CHE offeres the BCA and BBA . So these are the courses offered by the complete institute . If you want to take admission here you should attend the exam of UPSEE . Other way to take admission here is the management quota. Management quota is one of the biggest source of admission here. You have to just give a simple test for that .In the presesnt time there are approximately 5000 students are in this college. This college is declared as one of the best private college of the north indian if we don't include the Delhi and NCR region. Now I'm going to tell you about this that how this is true . This college is the place where if you work hard you can easily get placed on campus and off compus too. College provides a quality education and one of the best faculty system . The upper autorities of college is really good . The placement training team works really hard to get you placed in any of the good company. Shefali Raj who is the one of the biggest reason why I can't dislike this college . Now I'm going to tell you about some cons of the college . People hate the college because it's disciplined atmosphere which is not needed more. There is criteria of 90% attendance. If you do not fulfill this criteria then fine charges would be applied on you. The thing irritates me most is few faculty member who are not that much supportive as the other faculties. HOD's of few departments including CS( PSIT) should not be on that post . They feel like they are the chairman of the college and don't help anyone. But between all these the other higher authorities like placement team and Shefali Raj( chairperson) helps the student most in exploring everything . So if the faculty members and few HOD's will start to understand their responsibilities then this college would be one of the best college of the India but for that long way to go.
