Why does Practo show only'thumbs up' and positive recommendations? I have scanned several doctors so far and I have come across only one, yes, just one'thumbs down'. I added one to this, so I know there are two bad reviews(unless Practo removes it).
This raises questions about the authenticity of the system. There is absolutely nothing in this world that can have'only' positive feedback!
Moreover, I also observed patterns in the reviews for some doctors or clinics that indicated that those reviews could well be fabricated or even paid for. I am unable to find how Practo ensures that the reviews are true and reflect the real picture, not just lopsided positive image. We have enough advertisements to fool us already! What is this? Is it a scam or what? Who controls these reviews? Can the be deleted or managed?
Until this is clear, I am going to stop recommending Practo to anyone and if I do, I will ask them to exercise a LOT of caution.
