I am taking treatment at Vcare Trichy Branch for the past 6 months. The manager named Raja is very rude and he never keeps his promises. I have spent a total of Rs. 1.9 Lakhs out of which some compliments were promised to me. after some days, he denied to give some products which he promised. He completely changed his statement that he never said so. Should I take any video record or bond sheet to agree with them? He uses this no-proof as advantage and made me suffer a lot. The next thing is Hair Transplant. I was promised upto 4000 hairs in the bill, but they kept upto 3000 hairs and it was completely a mess. No feedback for was asked from me. Is this how they treat their customers?? Please take necessary action on the branch.
