I am Ankush Omprakash Agrawal and I live at Shirpur(425405) Dist Dhule, Maharashtra. Respected madam, I am working in Account Writing for private business firms. I am a regular tax payer and I wish to take term insurance for me & my family(Total 4 Persons including me).
For that purpose, I am searching on google, policybazaar.com on Friday and onwards. Behalf of Policy Bazaar Miss.Pathak called me.
On the same day she gave me a simple plan of term insurance for Tata AIA for my wife & brother.
On Second day she explained to me the investment term plan of Tata AIA for me & my brother's wife.
I requested her to cancel yesterday's policy and give all four investment policies to me. Same time I am intimate with her, am talking with Tata AIA customer care to know policy features and cross verified information given to me. If the information matches, I will continue with you, either I move, I clearly said to her.
The next day I am talking with a Tata AIA representative about policy features & information about policies.
Information given by Tata AIA representative & Miss Pathak of Policy Bazaar not match,
Difference information is as follows -
1) Policy Bazaar gives me policy payment term for 40 years & Tata AIA gives me policy payment term of 12 years with the difference of Rs 500/- Approx. per month.
2) Fund allocation charges taken by insurance company not clear by Policy Bazaar & allotted multiple fund in one policy, result of that my investment value decreased.
Policy Bazaar did not issue any quote written to me, they showed only screen share and on that basis, they issued a policy for my brother's wife. No communication with Miss Pathak about policy issues, why they hurry for policy issues. I am saying this to Miss Pathak. Hold my application, first I know all information about policy, video verification & income proof given after that. Why without my intimation issues policy?
Honorable Finance Minister Madam,
who is responsible for that kind of cheating please explain-
1) Central Government Policies, who governed all systems.
2) Tata AIA Insurance Company, who issued a policy without confirmation of my assurance.
3) Policy Bazaar Company, this company aims only to earn profit.
Who is responsible to give compensation please explain & give compensation of Rs 100 Crore for my inconvenience.
Policy Bazaar paid Rs 50 Crore
Tata AIA insurance company paid Rs 30 Crore
Central Government Paid Rs 20 Crore
Along with Rs 100 crore.
It's shameful for us in today's world that we only work for the potential of money.
Government policy drawback to be taken advantage by cheater companies such as Policy Bazaar.
Please have my written complaint taken as a consumer complaint by the consumer forum and punish policy bazaar.
