WINSPARK INNOVATIONS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Before enrolling in the classes we discussed during the online meeting with the PlanetSpark team(Ankush Guleria and Aashi Rajak), we were repeatedly contacted by them.
We mentioned that our son's main issue is with writing, which is affecting his performance in exams.
The PlanetSpark team assured us that these classes would be dedicated to tutoring, focusing on the student's specific challenges, and not just general online group speaking or personality development sessions like others offer. They assured us that the classes would address our son's needs.
However, we have noticed that PlanetSpark seems to be concentrating solely on speaking and personality development, with no focus on writing, grammar, or other related areas.
When the classes began, Ankush Guleria and Aashi Rajak clearly stated that if we were dissatisfied, we could stop the classes and receive a refund.
We raised a ticket through the portal, but it seems that no one is addressing our concerns. We've also attempted to contact Aashi Rajak via phone and message, but have not received any response.
We no longer wish to continue with PlanetSpark classes and request a full refund. It appears that PlanetSpark is making false promises and engaging in deceptive practices.
