This movie has managed to get some pretty bad reviews, but I actually enjoyed the movie quite a bit. Its got great special effects and awesome costumes. The apes are entirely believable and never for a moment come across as people dressed up in monkey suits.
The only possible set back the movie has is that its script was never original to begin with, but instead of adding something different to it, the writers have if anything managed to take away something from it and in short.. there is no story worth mentioning left. The ending is even cornier if it were possible.
So if you are hanging around at home all weekend with absolutely nothing better to do... go for this movie, its not as bad as its been made up to be, especially if you like action.
