This is in reference to my order no.2288694430 which was placed today at 9 PM through Zomato.
The app kept showing that the order is being prepared for an hour and when I called up the Zomato pickup guy he said even I dont know what is happeing so I spoke with the Pizza Hut representative and he said the order is not reflecting and he was just sitting and doing nothing when asked why didn’t he inform Zomato or us so he said he does not have any contact details of Zomato and this is not his responsibility to contact the customer or Zomato.
Now the question arises if Zomato and Pizza Hut are partners should’nt Pizza Hut have there contact details or what was the Zomato pick up guy was doing for 1 hour as he had all the details he could have called me up or his office but he was also sitting there and waiting for a miracle to happen.
Hope someone sensible will read this at Pizza Hut and come up with a sensible reply.
