On this hot and sunny day while shopping at Linking road-bandra my aunt and I were both feeling very hot so we decided to have a softee from Mac Donalds.After standing in the que for 20 minutes at last my chance came,the salesman at the counter rudely rebuked me by telling me to go and get change of 100 rupees note which I was giving him.As my aunt couldnt converse well in english she couldnt counter him back.Well...whats the use of having mac donald branches all over the
world when they cant handle local customers.All that I can say is that just because youre a well known joint you cant compromise on the services.It
is equally important as the food.
