There has been such a deluge of ''Palat meri Jaan'' and ''Isme Chupa Hai Maal'' ads of Pizza Hut on TV., that I had to go asap to try their new Pizza with cheese inside the crust. Had expected a lot from this international chain when I went to their Bandra joint. Tried their ''Exotica'' pizza in upper crust version. We were a group of six, and none of us could eat the rim of the pizza which had cheese inside it. This is because the rim is very hard and eating this is anything else but the enjoyable way in which people eat it in the TV ads! We also tried the normal pizzas which were nothing extraordinary. What really disappointed me was the consistency of flavour off all the pizzas - they were all over salted! The only good item on their menu is a starter - the Garlic Bread which is very well flavoured. My friends who had come from Ireland, went nuts over this bread and preferred to eat only this instead of having the awfully salted pizzas.
The service is pretty awful too, as we had to keep begging for drinking water, as no one ever bothered to check on the tables. All the waiters were busy most of the time singing birthday songs to some group of girls who had come to celebrate someone's birthday.
My recommendation is - If you are a teenager or a college going kid, then this might be considered as a Cool Hang out place. But if you are looking for Value for money / Good Tasting Pizzas / Good Service - please consider some other place!
