My experience with Pinnacle Honda is full of mixed bags - some good, some bad. I bought a hatchback from them about 1.5 months back. Since the vehicle was bought not through finance, so I wont be able to comment on their finance schemes, but would assume that they have some decent ones. However, I would break my experience in 4 parts -
1) Before the vehicle was bought - I wont at-least 2 months in advance, since I was looking for a particular model. The sales-in-charge was courteous, decent and knowledgeable. He told me everything in details and provided me with a cost estimate and tentative time by when my vehicle would arrive. In all, it was a good experience to begin with.
2) On the day of the sale - I had booked prior appointment, and the sales-in-charge did not disappoint me. The vehicle was ready and clean. The process was done quickly. I was super happy.
3) After the sale day - This is when the problem started. Not with the vehicle per se, rather the immediate after sale service. I had paid in full for registration service as well(Rs 6500). But to say that the service provided was pathetic would be an under-statement. It all started with temporary registration number. It took way more that what was promised. The Pinnacle team took 1 week to deliver me the temp registration papers, which should have been provided with the vehicle. After that, I was promised about a particular day for registration / production. On the day of the registration, my sales-in-charge called to tell that this needs to be delayed by a day. The next day someone from Pinnacle came to my house to tell me that my documents have been lost, and that I need to provide photo-copy of documents already submitted. When I provided those, he promised to have a driver sent over within 1 PM same day, so that my registration can be done same day. After 1, when numerous follow ups a driver shows up at 3.30 PM to take my vehicle DMV. He rushed to DMV to find that the officer has already left. I was furious, for the DMV was far away and it was sheer waste of time and money. I called the concerned person, and he told me that he will resend a driver next day. Again next morning, my follow up cycle started. Atlast a driver turned up in the afternoon, to take my vehicle, and got my production done. I got my papers about 10 days after that. I dont know what I paid those Rs 6500 for - this harassment. Extremely sloppy service! I did point this out to them during their customer satisfaction survey call, and was told that they "personally" apologize for this. In-fact, they even booked some time for this, but noone turned up. So, I wont rate them very highly in this respect.
4) After Sales Service - I have had only 1(first month) service. While this was decent, I had asked the direction of the washer fluid dispersal to be corrected. This did not happen and since I hadnt checked it there, I cannot ask for that. I plan to point that in my next service. And there were some additional scratches. Again, since I dint point it then and there, I cannot claim for them(my mistake on these).
I hope to get an improved service in future, and plan to keep updating MouthShut about them as I engage them more and more.
