The manager wasted 15 days after giving an initial estimate of 2-3 days for car repair, and extending it by 2-3 days every time. He then tried to install a damaged part as brand new. When we caught him doing so, he said `if you want new, undamaged parts, it takes one month'.(Charging 4 times the garage rate on the name of Service Centre for delivering Damaged Parts!)
It is around 2 more weeks since that incidence(total 27 days), and they have done nothing. They are probably trying to get us frustrated, so that we agree to get damaged parts installed.
