Twice in the past we have taken services from Pikkol and it was excellent, but this time it was horribly and utterly disappointing.
The team was exactly ½ in number compared to last time, many of whom were unprofessional and untrained labourers on daily wages.
The tables and cabinets were shifted without removing the things that were kept inside. Most of the items were shifted without packing.
On day one they went back early and on the next day they were in hurry to finish the work. They did not number the boxes and other items properly and after unloading them dumped the items in different rooms. They were so careless that we lost the cooking range burner which was brought from Dubai.
After this bad experience, we will definitely not take Pikkol services in the future.
