I recently purchased a Pigeon Blackline Oval Glass Automatic 2 Burner Gas Stove and I am extremely disappointed. The first issue I had with the product was that it did not come with instructions on how to install it. I had to search online for instructions and try to figure out how to put it together myself.
When I finally managed to get it set up, the stove did not work. I followed the instructions to light the gas, but the stove would not ignite. I tried multiple times, but the stove still would not light. I then contacted customer service, who told me that the stove was defective and referred me to a service center for repair.
The service center was unhelpful and unprofessional. They told me that the stove was beyond repair and that I would have to purchase a new one. I asked for a refund or a replacement, but they refused to provide either. I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions before purchasing the stove and that I was not entitled to a refund or a replacement.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the Pigeon Blackline Oval Glass Automatic 2 Burner Gas Stove. The product itself was faulty and the customer service and repair service were unhelpful also.
