Now iam going to share my experience with picsart.
I have been using it from long time.
And at the begining I did not know any thing in it.
But with time I came to know everything about it.
According to me the most useful thing in this app
Is draw tool.
If we have picsart and we have good experience in this app then we can edit our photos better than pc.
I have did a lot of editing in it.
So according to me it is a good app for photo editing .
& It will be so good if it has a pointer or curso for help in photo cutting.
So overall it is a good app.
