Peridot systems is a training institute( so called) located in Adyar, Chennai. They claim to teach computer languages and training for interviews. Joined this institute as it was located near my home. But it was one of the biggest mistakes I had ever made.
They promised me to teach C/C+ languages within 6 weeks. They told that I would get a trainer for me alone. I too thought that they are doing a good job. But then, on the very first day itself, my trainer did not come and another female staff told me that she would teach me today. But all she did was telling me who created the language and what is it used for and.said that the class is Over! .The class was barely for 15 minutes.
The next day, my trainer arrived. He too taught me some basics and told me we will continue the next weekend. Though he was somewhat knowledgeable, he was irregular to the core. He would often skip classes or made me wait for about 20-30 minutes every class. Sometimes he would make me wait and then tell that there will be no class today. This happened for almost all the days.
After a few classes, I decided to take this matter to my dad. He too accompanied me to the class and asked the person in charge why such things are happening. To that, she gave some lame excuses and told us, we can discontinue if we want and they would refund only 50% of the fee.We were shocked at their behaviour. I decided to quit the class and felt it was better to lose half of my dad's money instead of the entire amount.
So to all willing to get trained in computer languages.NEVER JOIN PERIDOT SYSTEMS AT ANY COST!
