Non existent customer support service. Review on Perfumery

I placed my first order(100008205)via this website on 3/3/2018. I am yet to receive it.I am always wary of trying out new websites and if I do I make sure to start with small amount. Thats what I did with this website.

I am okay with a little delay in delivery as they happen even with the most reputed of e-comm sites, but what bothers me is the lack of customer service and response from the owners of this website.

I had dropped multiple emails on their email id with NO response or even an acknowledgement.

I had even messaged them on Facebook but again no response.

I messaged multiple times via their chat option on portal.I even called the number on their website which turned out to be a personal no and this was the response "on vacation plz sms/whats app shall have someone get it touch with you". I was not comfortable responding to a personal no. asking for order details, but I had to do it after a day since I wasn't getting anywhere with emails and chats.

In the order page they say they have shipped but there is no shipping information or which courier service they used.I cant track this order in any way!

This is appalling and unacceptable!

Customer Service:NIL

Product quality:DID NOT RECEIVE IT YET!

Delivery Timelines: NON existent, not sure if it will be delivered at all!

App&Websites: No proper cs Number, no other complain.

Reliability: Extremely UNRELIABLE!

I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS SITE WITH MY MONEY!

I finaly recieved a message back from the facebook profile this site has, after I told them that I am done with this waiting game and I will be reviewing my experience. The response was immediate and this was their response

"The order is cancelled and refund is on your way.we are updating our site site to version 2.0 and hence they delay.I see you don't wish to wait any more so I will issue your refund."

I find this response unprofessional to say the least. The product wasnt even shipped by now. I have recieved faster delivery coming all the way from CHINA! I have asked them to refund . Not interested in any products from this site. I would rather pay more and have peace of mind .
