Picture this 1972, a little girl that isn't even a year old, begging for a drink of Pepsi from Grandpa. My mother took a picture. My husband said that was the day I became hooked. You will all ways find a 12 pack of Pepsi in my house. I'm 29 now, and after all these years I still love it.
I have seen Pepsi change the look of their labels at least 5 times. They never did change the color. They have Diet, Cherry flavor, caffeine free, and now Pepsi Twist, even in twist diet.
I do remember they made clear pepsi at one point. Crystle Pepsi I think it was. It didn't last long.
My husband and friends love the new Pepsi Twist, and I did try it. I have to say I like regular Pepsi better.
What I think is funny is they keep trying to improve on the product, when die hard fans like me will never waver from the best. Pepsi itself.
Coke does the same thing, trying to make it better, add this and that and see if it will sell better.
Pepsi lovers are Pepsi lovers.
Coke lovers are Coke lovers.
What I think is funny is that Pepsi drinkers think Coke is to sweet, and Coke drinkers think Pepsi is too sweet.
I think we are all right, we just stick to what we like.
