I placed an order using Pepper Fry from paper fry studio Thane Mumbai on 3rd June 2017 My order number is 303113848. I made the payment on-line, but I was shocked while talking to the customer relations manager assigned to me Mr. Vinit(Phone No 7506430059) when I asked him to combine the delivery of all the items on one date, the answer I got was you are not the only customer I need to coordinate many others. He did not help me at all the delivery was coming staggered and I had to coordinate with the delivery person. Most important thing is he never use to lift the phone on Saturday and Sunday being his off days. Customer is left on the mercy of god.
One of the item which was showing delivery date as 12th June is not yet delivered and online there is no update. Another product which was delivered and is defective I tried through various platforms like contacting the studio person(who booked my order Mr. Kannan Nair Phone no:8286919346) beside I am accelerating the complaint no other reply from this gentleman as on date. More over for defective part the answer was you have to talk to customer support on 022-61576157 which is useless no and guys over there are trained like parrot they talk only sorry sir, I apologise, you will hear soon our senior will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours and no one contact you. On asking phone no of studio incharge his reply was I need to talk to her? on landline no he gave 022 60121121 which even after trying “N” no of times there was no response for nearly 10 times I called.

31/7/2017 talked with Mr. Pratik and he assured to resolve the complaint within day or two and no response.
On 2/8/2018 registered complaint on official site of paper fry and called on 6157 6157 on 3/8/2017 talked to Mr. Akshat as per him they received my complaint through e-mail there senior Mr. Yash will call me within 24 to 48 hours(On requesting Mr. Yash’s number they don’t give you the number either)
As there was no response till 7/08/2017 I again called on favorite no 6157 6157 and talked to Mr. Vilal and was surprised to know from him that Mr. Yash has already talked to you it is mentioned in the system. When I said no one contacted me he said he will call you today or tomorrow. As off now no one contacted me.
I am totally fed up of dealing with these guys. Just a suggestion to all those who want to buy from paper fry please check the feedback before ordering more over the quality of furniture is not worth the price they charge after huge discount.
Last but not the least there is saying “You can fool one person all the time, you can fool some people for some time but you cannot fool all the people for all the time” this perfectly applies to pepper fry. In present era of digitization people have lot of good alternatives.
Please Don’t buy products from pepper fry!. Being an e-commerce company in these times, their service is extremely lousy. There is complete lack of communication with the customer and within the organization itself. Your money goes into a black hole and any amount of follow-up has no effect on them. With the fundamentals of business completely missing in this company and its employees, I strongly advise people not to waste their time, money, trust and patience on Pepper fry, lest you be fried till your wit’s end!
