I had a purchase of 5gram gold coin from pepperfry.com,
ORDER NO. 300332775,
ORDER PLACED 10th April 2014,
in their policy it is mentioned that They have buy back policy 1year from the date of purchase. Right now I was planing to get return the product for cash, since they have a 1 year buy back policy.
I had chat with may representatives for last 20 days, put many emails to them. everytime I get reply from that "We would like to inform you that your concern is been forwarded and we will get back to you in 24 to 48 working hrs time".
Till this date and time I have not received any confirmation of refunding the product and to return the same. So friends please dont believe their words.Bad customer care.
