I bought a wall mirror from pepper fry.As soon as it was delivered, I placed an return order as the mirror which I bought was unfit to my wall and seems to be bigger by look .I even saw an another mirror which is small in size which I want to buy.But pepper fry is not ready to take the product , even it is packed and even the plastic has not been removed.Tried contacting their customer service but they are not at all co-operative. Exchange or return is applicable everywhere be it Amazon or flipkart then whats the issue with peppery. They can check their product also once before refunding .But no, they are not at all ready to exchange or return .this would be my 1st n last shopping with them .Thank for not being co-operative with your customer.pepper fry you keep your policy like this only and one slowly slowly you will lose your customer.One you already lost.thanks
