Good products but service and quality is bad. Review on Pepperfry

I Am writing this review to tell you what I have experienced by shopping on PEPPERFRY, by now have ordered three products from PEPPERFRY and now I know this website is not worth for buying furnitures.

The worst experience you will have when you will get to know that your money is stucked for more than a month.

These guys may take 1 month to ship a product and then many days more to deliver it so pls you must look for the shipping and delivery time before you press the order button.

Also they play a game which is that there are no reviews about the product on there website so you dont know the exact product. I purchased a queen size savana storage bed in acacia finish and the doors of the box storage was in white color(see attached pic) and they show the same acacia color in the pictures on there website.

U can check for yourself on there website with every bed they have shown this misleading picture, also the doors are hinged to each other and not to the bed so every time you open the storage door the alignment is disturbed and you have to adjust it by applying force which is pathetic and very tough for ladies.

Also I felt the parts are not properly prepared as per the load in 1 and half month of usage the screws started making sound as they were not long and strong enough to support the load of the person which is very irresponsible attitude of there carpenters who are actually designing these beds.

At least after spending so much money one expects a strong product strong enough to handle 2-3 person loads. Also in the pictures on the website they dont show you all of the product, to me only upper two boxes were shown so I imagined the other but when it came I was a bit disappointed with the other part as there was a useless gap left in between which one could have utilized by making a box with longer length, looks like they are saving there raw material.very stupid way. Also the magnetic holder supplied was fixed by there carpenter in a way that never worked for me and one is already broken.

Also they have supplied a board for the box cover which is so thin that it can only hold a small size screw the moment you will try put another one as per the load it will tear the board and piercing out from the other side.

Also for the box base PEPPERFRY hasn’t given good support only three small plastic support for on side which when screwed teared the board from the other side which is very weird so the moment you step in for adjusting your stuff you need to be very careful else the board may crack.

Also to the box cover holder they have provided some plastic covers which the carpenter try to fix with quickfix which is so hilarious, as it never got fixed and now its on its own. So my recommendation is go for some furniture shop and purchase after carefully inspecting the material and built of the bed and not PEPPERFRY, but worth mention is PEPPERFRY has got very good customer care service and you can purchase wardrobe and other small items which are not meant for much load from this website, but do watch out for there delivery time and shipping time.
