So I bought Signora Care electric kettle and it does not work. I followed the poorly written instructions but it simply does not function. The light comes on but it makes no heat whatsoever. We will communicate the engineer details shortly.I asked for a return/refund, now they want to keep my money and waste my time with this BS. We all know that these alleged service centers NEVER repair anything, EVER. They send the appliance back in worse condition or after a week or more they say it can't be fixed.Pepperfry has lost another customer due to lumpen Flipkart type of service. If the begging thieves are not giving refund, let them give my money to their mothers so they can take a day off from the brothel, perhaps my money can finance some much needed penicillin injections.
