I have bought Floor cleaning MOP and another 4 items worth Rs.1700 from this site. I used promo code for Rs.500 off. while payment it was showing Rs.500 off but after they charges Tax+ shipping etc and total become Rs.1507. that means I got only Rs.200 off.
Even I liked that MOP so I neglect this and bought but after 15 days of use it's got damaged. when I complained about this they replied your warranty policy is finished.
Very poor quality of MOP I got from pepperfry whereas I bought 1 MOP before 2 years ago from another store it was working fine till date and shame on pepperfry quality in first purchase.
don't buy anything from pepperfry.
