When they called up initially for pest control services they told us we will provide A to Z complete services for your bugs and other problems that is effected due to ants and other things. We gave them contract and they started with there first service it was satisfactory as they did entire pest control treatment at home.
As it was a contract they will be doing thrice a year, when calling second time none of the there sales representative were picking up the call and not giving any response. Finally I told them that if this is the way they are going to treat us we will file a complaint in court for no service finally they came and gave there service.
They completed there three service but I did not renew there contract and started searching for another pest control services. So be very careful when you go for pest control services.
