Its always been observed HDFC Payzapp Provides untruthful services
Zero Point of Contact Toll free Number(18001029426) for Support services is worthless No one pickup the call in-spite of staying on the call even for long half and hour.
Its happened twice with me when my transaction gets failed but amount get deducted.you have to suffer for long 15-day around to get the same settled.
similar scenario has happened with me on 13th Sept, 2017 When I have tried to upload some of amount 5000/- from Credit card to payzapp account.My transaction gets unsuccessful and Amount gets deducted(which I was unaware about)
again un-aware of the same I had tried to repeat the transaction.But again same scenario has happened.
Similar to to cause my credit card account get negative to -9500/-
Same makes me shame when on purchases had tried to took my card out to pay but transaction got incomplete when an error occurred on EDC machine for low balance.
For logging the complaint had tried enough time on toll-free number of costumer support but as usual same was use- worthy as keep on waiting keep on calling no one respond shows busy busy busy stay on line stay on line. They think we are fool and its better to make them fool while by not even answering to keep them waited on call.
They dont even respond on mail except auto generated mail with narration "Costumer support will call you back with 24 hour", you make calculate its 7day today no call, No mail, Not even money I have got in my account.
They are in actual are using-the HDFC name but are not a direct part of HDFC bank.(same I came to know about when after feed-up had call HDFC support cell)
