Worst app and worst customer care
I have sent money to another mobile no(order id 3966664933 on 23rd November 2016), till now the money was not received by them. Complained to customer care but pathetic response.
I doubt whether they read the query or just send pre-defined text. No one has understood the issue, seems no one is educated there.
I question PayTm why did not you have voice customercare number. Your uneducated employees never understands the concern and replies with automated text.
Do not use it.
