Terrible Services Provider In The Industry. Review on Paytm

Sometimes I feel very confused in thinking that why Paytm is not able to provide services up to the mark even after having the top payments wallet in the industry. Paytm wallet is the only thing they offer well.

My experience with Paytm has always been more than the worst. The worst part about Paytm is, they do not take customer's feedback seriously.

Experience of Booking a Bus Via Paytm

The terrible and disgusting experience with Paytm happened with me last week when I was booked a bus via Paytm app.

The experience on the bus which I booked was really terrible. It was a late night and I had to leave urgently from Delhi, therefore I Paytm was the only option I was left with for booking a bus(because bookings for my destination were closed in Redbus).

I read reviews too for that bus service offered by Paytm, they were also so bad but I had no other option so I gave it a chance by wondering that Paytm must have taken some actions because of these feedback as the feedback were quite old.

But giving Paytm and this bus operator a chance resulted in losing my money, and losing my temper too.

The bus was so so disgusting, AC was not properly working. The staff was like, ragpickers, who don’t have the manners to talk with a customer or traveler. They loaded a lot of goods on the bus, it was not like a passenger bus, it was like a goods train. They were stopping the bus every hour because of goods delivery and exchange.

It was a really terrible experience with Paytm. This is not a fault of the bus operator, this is a fault of this worst service provider “Paytm” who allow such horrible businesses to register on their platform without keeping in mind the comfort and safety of a customer.

Shopping Via Paytm Mall

Paytm mall can also be considered as the "Online Chor Bazaar" or "Online Kabaddi Baazar"

It contains nothing more than a "kabaad". The products offered by business merchants in Paytm are of worst quality. I don't understand why Paytm allows such business merchants to sell their poor quality products via Paytm?

Once I ordered a phone cover, it was made up of a material which was of very very poor quality.

At last, a note to Paytm

Paytm is only running their business in the market because of their wallet, otherwise, each and every other service offered by Paytm is horrible, pathetic, terrific and disgusting.

Grow up "Vijay Shekhar Sharma", the feedback is the base of a business, and feedback is one of the core element for the growth of a business if taken seriously.

Online market is not for dumb service providers like Paytm. Upgrade your business services, make some changes, or else, see your Paytm mall going down and down and down. Remember, we have a lot of other options available in the market.
