I have booked a product on 23rd Jan 2016, up to 26th also it was not shipped. So I cancelled the order.
For shopping I transferred money to PAYTM wallet after that I came to know this site is worst for shopping and has pathetic customer care(CC). The pity is I am unable to move my money to bank a/c.
If we raise any complaints the CC never reverts at once. By the time we get reply from them we would forget what the problem was.
Not good for shopping, no proper channel for customer care. It should learn from other shopping sites like Amazon, Flipkart regarding E-shopping.
