One of my friend named Vikas Singh had booked a seat in an AC sleeper Bus from Sarni to Indore using Paytm.com on travelling 18/5/2015 by paying Rs 530/- online(PAYTM TICKET ID-OB75RD, TICKET PNR-F5C6Z8V). But when I entered in the bus there was no AC working inside it. When inquired the same with the bus attendants, they replied it doesn't work.
I had booked and paid AC bus fare keeping this summer season in mind. But they cheated me and didn't provide the service which I had paid for. The charges of Non-AC buses are around Rs 400/-. Now when I'm asking the Paytm guys for refund my charges as I travelled in ordinary bus service they are simply rejected my emails and telephonic conversations. Getting back 100 or 130 rupees is not my concern here but they should feel thepain of a common man and get a lesson that they can't simply cheat people online sales by making false commitments. I have all the email conversation I had with them and the pdf of ticket issued to me.
My friend in distress tapped the paytm.com authorities several times and got no-response or even a courtesy mailer. This is not a first time to get this attitude from PaTm company, earlier, they cheated the people with online recharge and made fool for adjusting the e-wallet money into their accounts by saying the technical fault.I request all the readers to refrain with PayTM portal and its activities, they are meant for cheating and looting.
