Paytm Website. Review on Paytm

I started to use paytm an year ago and now Paytm is my favourite website whenever I want to do some shopping or mobile recharge because of Cashback.

Website UI:

Paytm is having a very good website with a very easy and simple UI so that everyone can use it very easily.When anyone visit Paytm for the first time he/she will not have to search for mobile recharge section because whenever you will open the website it is just in the home page.Everything is divided in categories so it is very easy to find our desired product.

Service:

Paytm provides a quality service to its customers whenever you will have a problem you can just contact customer care by calling them or through E-mail.Paytm should add live chat feature also.

Cashback:

This is the main reason why I reccomend paytm over other sites and every indian would love to have cashback on every transaction they do and cashback depends on how big your transaction is.

Improvements:

Though Paytm is good still it needs some improvements that are listed below:

1. Paytm should include live chat option so it is more easier to contact customer care.

   
   




2. Paytm should collabrate with e-commerce sites so that we can make payments through our Paytm Wallet when we are shopping in Flipkart, Amazon etc.

   
   




3. Paytm should increase its range of products.

   
   

Reccomandation:

I would reccomand Paytm over other e-commerce sites because of Cashback.
