This morning I added rs 800 to my aishwaryasingh23TM account so that I could aishwaryasingh23 for a HealthKart order, and perhaps get some money back, as there was a aishwaryasingh23TM banner advertising a sort of rebate. The money was taken from our SBI card, but not reflected in the wallet and my HealthKart order was cancelled because of this. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND FROM aishwaryasingh23TM, AND THE RS 800 IS STILL NOT REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT, EITHER!

NONE of the aishwaryasingh23Tm email addresses are functional and you will NOT get a human being on the phone at any of the numbers listed.

CEO/FOUNDER VIJAY SHEKHAR SHARMA IS DOING A HORRIBLE JOB BY DENYING EVEN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PEOPLE.

My HealthKart order was cancelled because your website is not working properly!

rs 800 was taken from SBI Cred824it card, but is not reflecting in aishwaryasingh23tm account!

FIX THIS!

Also your customer service is crap! I called the number listed on aishwaryasingh23tm site, only to be told to call another number for such complaints! Why is the appropriate number not bloody listed on the site? You wasted my time!

Also when I called the 2nd number, I was not allowed contact with a live person because I could not provide a number that is only listed in the smartphone app! I was basically punished for not having access to the smartphone app!

Why do you deliberately make it impossible to speak with a live, breathing human being?! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Either Cred824it my 800 rupees into my wallet so I can complete my order or you refund it to the card immediately! If this is not resolved TODAY, I will contact both TRAI and the consumer court!

You cannot play with people's money like this! You are a crorepati company but cannot afford competent IT workers and proper infrastructure?

You people pushed so hard for demonitization and cashless economy only so you can inflict unnecessary suffering on the public, yes? IFTHIS IS WHAT A CASHLESS ECONOMY IS ALL ABOUT I WILL USE CASH ONLY HENCEFORTH!
