Making customer foolish by cashback. Review on Paytm

Here I am going to share my recent experience of paytm app and their cheating by misguide people and making customer foolish trick.

there was an offer in grofers app that if we purchase from grofers and make payment through paytm ther we will get cashback of Rs.50 in paytm wallet. but there are no any terms and condition mentioned in grofer and paytm. still you can check ther is no any terms and condition.

now I had Rs.500 in my grofer wallet and I had purchased some products from grofers app. While I was making payment there was showing in green fonts on paytm link that make payment with paytm and get Rs50 cashback if transaction over Rs.1200. but on that page also no any terms and conditions. there is no any terms mentioned that we have to pay all payment through paytm.

you can check right now, still there is no terms mentioned in grofer app that we have to make all payment by paytm. still it is only showing that get cashback if transaction should equal to or over Rs.1200.

so I have made rest of payment Rs.848 through paytm and another Rs.500 was deducted from my grofer wallet and made order worth Rs.1348. My order is delivered but still no any cashback received in my paytm.

I have complained 3 times in paytm customer care but there is no any response or reply received from paytm till date. even in complaint page of paytm app mentioned that if any cashback related issue then contact to merchant and merchant grofer sent me replied that contact paytm. there are no any responsible person from them we an get resolution.

So friends if you buy anything from another merchant then don't make payment through paytm otherwise you lost your cashback or may be your money too.
