As they had 18% cashback on laptop, my friend purchased a laptop from them. After waiting for 10 days and after receiving so many sorry for delay emails, they canceled the order and returned almost 30, 000 Rs in paytm wallet. They had dissabled transfer to bank option and they charge 4% fee for transferring to bank.
WTF should we do with almost 30, 000 Rs paytm wallet? Why the hell should we pay 4% charge for transferring to bank because of their incapablity of delevring the product.
