Paytm makes customers lose huge amount of money, it offers attractive rewards and leads them to choose Paytm but the end customers lose money because of Cheap technics of Paytm.
For flight ticket, they initially displayed 2035 INR with 200INR cashback, I paid money with my credit card to book the flight ticket. Booking ID 8289949751
Suddenly I realized, my Paytm balance had been deducted, I wonder what happens to my balance, I found that Paytm charged me 2800 INR instead of 2030INR. Customer will add If the customer wants anything an extra, but Paytm selects many things by default itself then the customer loses a lot of money. They say zero fee cancellation that means a customer should receive total money back but when I try to cancel the ticket, they are not giving total money back. Paytm just cheating the people. They should show the complete invoice before the customer goes to the Payment screen.
They gave me a movie voucher but it didn't work just they used cheap tricks to attract the customers. Booking ID:8290904981
They didn't book the movie still money was deducted from the credit card before it was confirmed and voucher also not useful. They just bluffed me with many offers to chose Paytm. Paytm First also confuses the first users, customers think they are adding money to the Wallet but it is a scheme, they don't tell the user about the product before they purchase.
