I was applied loan from "https://gopaysense.com/"for 50000/-Rs. This is month 4th I was suppose to pay 3rd EMI but due to financial crises I could not make the payment. When people called from paysense for asking payment I politely said" sir I could not pay this month and it may get delayed, in that case I will pay both the month EMI's before 31st including the penalty" after that people started calling me back to back & using vulgar words about family & personal, I literally got angry because of the way they were talking over that phone, I told them politely do not call me again unless I make the payment & I disconnected the call. I also dropped an email regarding there employees behavior over the phone but they ignored it as it was my fault. finally they started sending some recovery people to home and they are so rude, shouting in-front of my house, people are standing and watching us outside and I never encountered such things around my house before also he called his manager and his manager started threatening me saying I will do this, that. finally I had to loose my patience & told the recovery guy clearly" if you don't go now, I will not be the same as I am now, even though he created nasty fighting situation nothing worked out for him when people gathered around. he started the bike and moved away. After this, I got some money from my friends I payed the Due amount by 22-DEC-2017 around 10 AM and also I got confirmation saying my payment is successful and I do not have any outstanding and pending in my account. when I open the app today morning I see 3-Rs added as penalty and would be continuing the same if I failed to pay 3-Rs. I really do not understand why I have to pay even after I paying the Due amount with the penalty they asked.
