I signed up with PayPal when it was still fairly new. PayPal is sort of like an online banking system. I love it and use it all the time for sending and receiving payments for auctions.
It is simple to send money with PayPal. All you need is the person's email address and you can send them the money. If they are not a member already you will get $5 when they join (as well as for any other person that joins under your ID). You can also have them request the money from you if they are already a member and you just follow the instructions in the email to get them the money.
It is also simple to receive money with PayPal. You can either request the money from them and they just follow the instructions in the email or send them your email address and tell them to send it to that address.
The money shows up almost instantly. They send you an email to let you know you have received a payment and your account is already updated. This is absolutely simple to use!
Withdrawing money from PayPal is a piece of cake also. You can either have them send you a check - which took about a week for me to get mine, or you can have them electronically transfer the funds into your bank account - this took about 2-3 days for me.
As I mentioned earlier you get $5 for every person that opens an account under you. I have received this many times and have never had a problem with getting the bonus and it has always shown up in my account right away.
I highly recommend PayPal. I have found them to be very reliable, fast, and easy!
