I have a loan with this company I made some delay from my end due to covid I was not working anywhere Due to delay in repayment they called me I explained them the situation but they were not ready to listen anything.
When we install their app its ask for some permitions to be allowed like contacts messages camera and all Since I was not able to make the payment due to covid they started accessing my phone number list and they were just picking up all the ladies phone numbers one by one their staff rohit started calling to ladies and if she picks up the phone without any conversation they just starts abusing them.
If I have taken loan payme india has no rights to call my contacts and just start abusing them.
As well as they tells to all my contacts that I have giving their number in reference which I never did.
They must know how to speaks to a girl or ladies.
I will never recommend anyone to use such NBFC app.
