Dear paulo Management, Kindly, Consider this as feedback and compliant for all your listed categories in your feed back forms where I already commented earlier... Contrary to recommendations from others, my personal experience this time with Paulo was - 3rd class!! Enroute Goa bus arrives good 90 mins late for pickup in Pune, drivers later arguing with other passenger on some cargo payment issue in Swargate, bus is already late, stil, it Stopped for tea break in Kudal silly road side cheap hotel, washroom ultra filthy and stinky, for both ladies and men - cleaner saying for 10 mins but took 45 minutes. Result - bus late to arrive in Goa! No blanket, no water bottle given. AC in sleeper bus nearly non existent only air draft, dropped me in Mapusa at 11 45am, half a day wasted.
Return Journey: online booking says bus pickup at 7:20 pm in Mapusa I get sms at 6:52 pm, saying my booking changed to 9:20 pm and sleeper seat changed to number 15 instead of number 11. Only blanket provided no water bottle as told in booking confirmation sms. A group of young boys drinking on their bunks in the same bus, Relief, this AC in bus is cooling... My no15 seat lower berth, is right on top of rear axel, its fine, ok - but there is loud hammering noise when bus is moving!! Baba, BADAH KHADKHAD KHADKHAD awaj to say in hindi! sound whole night like something loose in rear axel and it’s terrible for my ear. Result -No good sleep, body aches next day.
Bus stops at same hotel in Kudal for more than one hour for dinner - same dirty stinky washroom, some boys still having drinks, but no trouble thankfully (sic) On the way again at midnight. Later in the morning stops immediately after Khed toll naka, on the roadside for toilet break... at road side? filthy govt. common toilet fiber boxes! men standing in flood of pee and passing urine. I nearly collapsed with the ammonia smell, here, only two toilets for men one for flooded pee experience so I had no guts to even peep and see the shitary... yucks!! God help the Ladies side after more than 15 mins on the way again... pee smell lingering on in my nose like I have shed all the hair from my nasal cavity. finally I was glad to leave behind the KHADKHAD bus at good 9am in Viman Nagar Pune. Both times I tried to complain, but each one giving new phone number saying talk to him, but useless to increase my stress so shut my mouth and kept quite.
I will never recommend these buses or your travels to anyone ever. Better change the name of your travels. it spoils a good and well respected Goan name called Paulo!!
I know you Paulo people will hardly care about my story becoz next month is December 2019 and you guys will be minting big money in the name of Christmas.
Enjoy the hard earned money of gullible people and give them more 3rd class service, who is there to question you’ll? God Bless You Almighty’s!
