Pat, A, Cake bakery is a small sized bakery in which only 3 person can stand at a time. Its now old and their services got a lot worst too.This bakery is famous for its bullseye chocolate pastry.
Food and presentation: - once I was addicted to its red velvet pastry, I used to eat it once in a week, but the last time I tasted, it was rotten and a very foul smell was coming from it. And after that I noticed that almost all the pastries were decayed. I complained that to the owner and he didn't say anything about it.
Ambience : -
The place looks dull because of deficiency of light. Very less place to stand, not more than 4 people can fit in this bakery. They don't offer any seats. Hence you can say that the ambience is not good at all.
Customer service : - When you order something, they take more than enough time to prepare it. Once I complained them about the rotten pastries they were serving and they refused to accept that those were bad to eat. And when asked for money back, they refused it.
Value of money : - the quality of food they serve is low and the price is high. They serve food prepared weeks ago. I will never go back there.
Conclusion : - There are other bakery options available which are far better than this one. I will not recommend this place.
