Third class fraud cheating hospitality company. Review on Park Priviera, Vadodara

I am very sorry to write this as I have no options left. This is regarding CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION FOR PARK PRIVIERA HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED. I am as a customer completely fed up with the way they are treating after taking the membership. While giving the membership they are making false commitment to provide very good hotels above 3 star with good amenities but they are providing simple lodge to stay where there are no car parking facility, hotel rooms are not good, bathrooms are stinking. Providing below par hotels and making money. Almost all customers are unhappy with their services. You can find the reviews in Park Priviera google reviews. I had to communicate more than 40 times over mail to get these third graded hotels in the month of January 2023. They are thieves and making money from customers. Please go through the other reviews in MouthShut.com and in google about Park Priviera and will find out the truth. Totally fraud company. Do not go for the membership. Never ever.

Now also the same thing is happening. I have asked for hotel accommodation from 7th March to 10th March 2023 at DIGHA, West Bengal. I have given 4 hotels of my choice(3 star hotel as per the membership) but they are not providing. They say only one word that we don't have affiliation with those hotels. When I can book the hotels online why can't you? They are providing the hotels negotiating with low price which are below par and not up to the standard. They are taking huge money from customers and providing low grade hotels of their own choice. If I can't give the choice of my own what is the point of taking membership. The Subham Beach hotel given at Puri was low class third grade hotel where somehow, we managed to stay. I had never stayed in this type of hotel before with my familiy. Bloody cheaters. There were many 3-star good pet friendly hotels at Puri but they provided low class third grade hotel just because they want to cheat customers and make money. The staff of the fraud company themselves enjoying in good five-star hotels and giving clients third grade hotels. They have taken Rs.77770/- for five years and AMC charges per year of Rs.7999/-. Every year AMC charge will be Rs.7999/- for 7 nights/8days stay. For 35 nights they are taking Rs.117, 765 but giving hotels in the range of Rs.1800 to Rs.2000/- per day. I have checked the hotel prices on the website. That is why hotels are not up to the standard. All the customers have been cheated.

Their certificate shows that company gives wide choice but actually there is no choice for the customers. So, registration needs to be cancelled. I have emailed the details to the organizations(info@gaafs.us & info@qcas.org.uk) who have given the certificate of registration. Their registration should get cancelled before the 2nd surveillance due date of 5th October 2023 & it has to be declared fraud company. The culprits need to be punished. I need my money back. Their reviews have gone below the score of 2.8 and in decreasing trend. They are making phone calls and asking to delete the reviews and saying that this won't repeat but it's as usual. I had interaction with their staff Muskan, Sarfaraz but no result. Requesting everyone to file in consumer court and write to the organizations who have given the certificate of registration. I have given both the email id. Write to them and let their registration get cancelled. I am not going to leave these cheaters unless until I get my money back. If required, I will publish all the mail conversation till date. The hotel photographs are attached. Please see the condition of the hotel. Cheaters cheaters. Don't get carried out if they call you for membership. They will give you free dinner and then loot your money.

So please keep distance from these cheaters. Now-a-days you can book hotels at Rs.1 and pay at hotels. You can cancel also. So why to go with these cheaters. I have made a mistake, so I don't want others to make mistake.
